In 23rd February 2007, Bavitech was established in order to provide technical services about electricity, measurement and automation

Together with Globetech partner from Australia, Bavitech has a 25% stake to establish Globetech Asia Joint Venture Company which providing electrical and automation solutions to steelmakers in domestic and Asia Pacific regional.

In 2014, Bavitech signed exclusive dealer with Aichi Tokei Denki company which is one of famous water meter manufacturer in Japan with a history of more than 100 years. Bavitech has become a provider of high quality flow solutions for the water supply industry with ranges of products from DN15 mm to DN2400 mm.
