Recruitment policy
- We welcome and receive interns from technical universities as a source of our recruitment priority for engineers;
- Candidate information are collected through internal dissemination among the staff, advertisements in newspapers and recruitment websites;
- Selected candidates will undergo probation period from 1-2 months;
- The immediate manager will be in charge of providing instruction to new staff during his probation period.

Training policy
- Task assignment early of the year and performance assessment end of the year are to help our staff better view his self-development and orientation;
- Six-monthly performance assessment helps our staff plan training themselves to improve their professional skills;
- If being a progressive and constantly learning person, staff will have the opportunity to be promoted to higher levels subject to the company’s development requirements.

Salary, bonus, and welfare
- The company allocates a fixed budget out of the payroll to annual training;
- Staff will be trained with proper skills to job requirements and his own capability;
- Staff will be entitled to attend domestic or international training courses/sessions depending on his in-charge job.
