Description
Code: 77127
A. OPERATION:
The engine can be driven on the switch of the 220 V engine by turning the key to position 1. If the EMERGENCY STOP (red button) is pressed, the engine stops immediately. If you pull the EMERGENCY STOP, the circuit of the 220 V engine is closed again. The engine should not run for hours, as otherwise the lubrication is not sufficient. The engine should be lubricated from time to time (1 spray can is provided).
On the ignition switch (12 Volt) the engagement of the pinion can be shown by turning to the right. If you let go of the ignition key, it must be turned back to position 0 first before a repeated engagement process.
Always remove the key so that unattended pupils do not injure themselves on the engine and no foreign bodies get jammed!!!
B. CUTAWAY PARTS:
▪ At the front, starter with intermediate transmission (1).
▪ On the right, internally ventilated generator (2).
▪ Behind the generator, the oil pump (3), driven via a secondary chain.
▪ At the front in the middle, the oil sump (4) with the oil sensor (5).
▪ In the middle, the cylinder block (5) with cast-in hard bushes, in which the 4 ring-carrier pistons (6) with cooling channel run.
▪ Under the starter, a piston injection nozzle is fitted (7) (the other 3 have been cut away).
▪ On the cylinder, one sees the cutaway cylinder head (8) with valves (9) and channels as well as the cutaway injector (10) and heater plugs.
▪ Above this, there is the rail plenum chamber (11) with pressure transmitter (12) and pressure-regulating valve (13).
▪ In the cutaway manifold (14) of plastic, one sees the suction channels and the air filter (15).
▪ On the right in the chain box (16) one sees the duplex chain (17) with the chain tenser (18).
▪ On the right above the chain box, there is the vacuum pump (19), in front of it the air mass sensor (20) with reverse flow compensation.
▪ On the right of the oil sump is the oil filter (21) with oil/water heat exchanger (22). Behind the oil filter is the water pump, on the left of the block the thermostat (23). On the left of the block (on the side) the delivery (24) and the high-pressure pump (25) are fitted.
▪ At the very top left is the exhaust gas recirculation valve (26), next to it the fuel filter (27).
▪ From the back, one sees the turbocharger (28) with oil feed and oil removal.
▪ Above the injector on the left, one sees a cutaway hydraulic valve tappet (29).
Note: Oil and fuel filters are fitted offset, as they are positioned directly above the cutaway block.
